I love shoes!

Here's a look at the new shoes and new purses I bought the other night! I just can't get enough of how many shoes they have here. It's overwhelming....

One thing I love though is that I have memories of each vendor/salesperson from each pair of these shoes and handbag.

I got some AMAZING deals for some particular reason this night I decided to go shopping. I love sales!

My little rascals and a taste of spring

So this is a little taste of some of the things we do during my EC3 class. They are just too much fun.... so I always set aside some "silly time". It makes my day to spend time with this class each Wednesday and Saturday.

Signs of Spring

Here's a little taste of the beautiful blooming flowers here in Seoul. The cherry blossoms are blooming and I couldn't be more excited for the new season!


Ruda and I spent today out and about at Ewha Women's University and Yonsei University today. Everyone had the day off because it was the Congressional Election Day - it was a little cloudy, but still wonderful.

Cherry Blossoms!

So the most visible sign that it's spring in Seoul is the Cherry Blossoms! I will post some pictures soon, but I must tell you about a story that happened today at work. Again, this story involved Robin.


This guy is a crack up. As I was behind the main desk trying to fix the blasted printer, Robin and I had a conversation about cherry blossoms. The conversation went like this:

R: Have you seen the cherry blossoms outside?
J: Oh yes! They are great.
R: Oh good. Yes, they are like you.
J: Haha, what? What do you mean the cherry blossoms are like me?
R: Well.... they are.... bright, smily, cheerful and well...... just wonnnnnnderful!
J: Hahahahahahahaha, thank you!
R: SHhhhhhh! Don't tell anyone I say that to you.
J: Ok. Thank you Robin. You're silly.
R: I know. I'm sillyboy.

This was definitely good for a nice laugh to start my Monday, and I appreciated the compliment. I must get a picture of Robin soon to show you. I'll have to be sneaky about it though, because I'm sure he won't smile voluntarily.

More news.... I bought a bike today! Yay! I'll post pictures and video of my outing this morning when I get home from work tonight.
